Putt With Confidence
An important part of being a competent putter is developing consistency in hitting your line with every putt. Get instant feedback on how square the putter face is at impact.
Measure It, Fix It
The three indicators that best predict your golf score are fairways hit, greens in regulation, and total putts. Track your performance, prioritize your practice plan, and accelerate your results.

So you can have fun while doing it! We hope you enjoy our story as too many stars aligned for Fair Weather Golf to be simply a coincidence!
I guess you could say our story started back in 2008 when I had the revelation as a golf coach that we needed to start practicing with specific intent. That we needed to be more intentional about what we were doing. We were four weeks into the high school golf season and were not seeing any different results than we were in the weeks leading up to that point. How can you possibly practice the game of golf two hours per day for a month and not get better? Well, as we’ve all heard before, “It’s not how much time you put in, it’s how much you put into the time you put in!” I decided to change the way we practiced and added a standard of performance to every drill we did. It wasn’t about chipping; it was about getting up and down. It wasn’t about practicing five footers; it was about making 10 putts in a row. Specific intent sharpens the focus. Better yet, specific intent leads to improvement! Who would have thought years later that mentality would have lead to the training aid we have in the market for you today!
At about the same time, well before the inception of 365 | Putting, Joe and I had reconnected through a leadership development program. Joe was living in the Tempe, Arizona area after finishing his degree at Arizona State University ASU and I was still in Michigan. Before all that, Joe and I met through a mutual friend in East Lansing while attending Michigan State University…Go Green! It wasn’t until Joe moved back to Michigan in the fall of 2010 that the stars aligned for our company to form.
The spring after Joe returned to Michigan was an unusually warm one. 80-degree temperatures in Michigan motivated us to get our clubs out of hibernation early. In Michigan, if you get to play golf in March you’ve got to consider yourself lucky! Even if the weather warms up, it doesn’t mean the frost is out of the ground. But this particular spring was a good one, so Joe I and decided to hit the links. Of course we had to walk, because it was too wet for carts, but walking allowed us to take our time and talk more. Eventually, the conversation led to whether or not there were any indoor training aids that helped golfers consistently hit their putting line… probably because we WERE NOT hitting ours that day!
Joe ran home after our round and made our first prototype out of cardboard and duct tape…it was beautiful! From that moment in March we worked with several woodworkers to perfect our product, create our business and apply for our patents! In June of 2013 we launched our website and found a manufacturer, Michigan Woodwork, to mass-produce our new baby! We were off and running!
Today, we have sold to golf courses as well as high school and college programs across the nation. It’s so exciting to know that Collegiate Coaches and PGA Professionals know the power of 365 | Putting. So get control of your game…”365″!

I’ve been a golfer since my early teenage years. While a true lefty, I actually started playing golf right-handed for a few years as I practiced at the school yard across the street from my house. Around that same time I started caddying at a golf country club and began saving money for my own set of clubs. I can still remember the day getting my all-graphite shaft set of lefty clubs, from driver to sand wedge! Growing up as a “lefty” makes it automatic that Phil Mickelson is my favorite golfer! I’ve endured his major tournament heartbreaks and shared in his memorable victories. It’s also fantastic to share the same alma mater with him, Arizona State University! Go Sun Devils!
What’s in the golf bag?
Truly a mixed bag! Callaway Big Bertha Driver, Taylor Made Superfast Burner 3-Wood and 3-Hybrid, Callaway Razor X Tour Irons, Titleist Vokey 50, 54, and 58 degree wedges, and an Odyssey Putter.
Favorite things about golf
First, shooting a low score is always a great memory. I believe my low score is 84, but I’ve banked a few 39’s for nine holes. Just being out on the golf course is its own reward and during those warm, summer months I get anxious for that early morning tee time. A close second is making birdies. I just missed making three in row this past summer, 2014. What a game!
